St John's Wort Herbal Oil contains proteins, minerals hypericin, hyperforin and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and D.

It is the famous balm of Ancient Spartans which was used to heal wounds, bruises, burns, sprains, inflammations and stings.

Known for its many medicinal properties it is an antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, astringent and healing.

Helps effectively in sciatica, rheumatism and joint pain.

Useful and effective for cramps, grips, neuralgias and headaches.

Besides its external use, St John's Wort Herbal Oil is also potable.

Helps in digestion, stomach sourness, colitis and is also a mild antidepressant and strengthens the immune system.


WAYS OF USE - TREATMENTS

Externally, we apply the herbal oil on the area of the body where the problem (sore, burning, scratching, etc.) occurs, we spread or massage and let it be completely absorbed by our skin (for at least 30 minutes). To relieve muscle aches, do a relaxing massage upon adding it to any essential or base oil of your choice.

We can also apply local compresses with gauzes with St John's Wort Herbal Oil.

Internally, for better digestion, colitis, sour stomach or mild treatment of depression, drink on an empty stomach in the morning half a teaspoon and another half a teaspoon before bedtime.


PRECAUTIONS

Consumption is not recommended during pregnancy and by people suffering from hypertension.

Avoid St John's Wort Herbal Oil while taking antidepressants.

If we use St John's Wort Herbal Oil, internally or externally we should avoid exposure to the sun since it causes photosensitivity.
