Dispatch and Delivery

Upon confirmation of the order, the customer will be informed by a message sent to his email address that states the expected delivery time of the products (which mainly depends on the address the customer has indicated the order to be delivered).

Products are sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, along with the sales receipt and dispatch note, unless the client indicates a product delivery address different to the address he wishes to receive the sales receipt (e.g. in cases of gifts).

The customer is solely responsible for the correct submission of the information of his order. In cases of errors during the submission by the customer of the relevant contact details of the recipient, the company can not be held responsible for the fact that the product(s) can not be delivered.

Philonoe uses courier services (partners), in order to ensure safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs are charged to the customer, who will be informed of the exact cost of the delivery before submission of his final order. Our courier partners performs deliveries on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

For Saturday deliveries there is an extra charge of 2,00 €.

Delivery time depends mainly on the delivery address.

All products are shipped within 1 - 2 working days from the date of order.

For Attica orders are delivered in 1 or 2 days..

Delivery costs within Attica is 2,00 € for orders weighting up to 2 kg (packaging included). For every extra kilogram there is an extra charge of 0,60 €/Kgr.

Cash On Delivery costs: 2,00 €

For the rest of Greece (outside Attica), mainland and island destinations orders are delivered within 2 - 3 days.

For deliveries outside city boundaries -as defined by our partner courier company- and beyond 20Km, there may be a delivery period of 2 - 4 days (remote areas) and the surcharge might be up to 5,00 € for orders up to 2 kg weight and 0,80 € for each additional Kgr.

For shipments abroad Philonoe uses the services of its international courier partner UPS and Hellenic Post (EL.TA).

Please note that delivery may take longer in certain periods or in case of bad weather or force majeure. We do our best to ensure that shipments will arrive to customers within the indicated time, but we bear no responsibility in case of delay for these reasons.

Although we continuously updating our site about the availability of our products, shortage or unavailability of a product from our suppliers (after confirmation of the order by the customer) might -although rarely- occur. In this case, we will again make every effort to contact the customer and inform and consult him about the new delivery or delivery of another product or to cancel the order and the free repayment of any money paid within reasonable time.


We recommend that upon delivery of your order, you check the condition of the goods and their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects e.g. broken goods, wrong product, etc.


Changes can be made to all products.

The return of a product is accepted in the following cases:

A) If you have been sent a wrong or defective product, Philonoe must accept the return of this product within fourteen (14) calendar days after its initial receipt. The product should be in perfect condition, unaltered and without missing part(s) of its content.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date Philonoe received it. The return can be made by crediting the customer's bank account, who has to notify the Company promptly and in writing.

B) The customer has the right to return any product(s) purchased, without penalty and without any obligation to state the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt.

In both these cases, no returns will be accepted after the expiration of the deadlines. Returns will be accepted only if the products that the customer wants to return is in perfect condition, not used, and of course inside their original packaging that has not been breached and must be accompanied by all original documents. The company will not accept returned products that are incomplete, damaged, destroyed or are obviously used.

In case (B) the customer is charged for the full direct cost of returning the goods, while in all cases, the customer bears the risk of the products until their delivery to the Company. In case of loss of the goods upon their return we are not responsible. For this reason, the return of goods should be made either by courier or registered delivery through the Post Office.

Refunds are made in the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) within 30 days and to a bank account the customer has to indicate to Philonoe. Of course he has the option to be offered a credit balance for use within two months.

In each of the above cases, a written request to change the product should be submitted within this period, by e-mail at info@philonoe.com while products should be returned to:

Philonoe also lets you make purchases that can be sent as a gift directly from us. In this case, you must fill over your personal details and the delivery details of the recipient. In such cases, gifts arrive in a special wrapping which is offered at no additional cost. Sales receipt will be sent to your address and please be careful not to chose cash on delivery as a payment method since the payment will be made by the recipient of your gift.
